Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the main street and with easy access to the train station. The rooms are clean with a decent shower, though sometimes there is a faint smell of drains. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. The dining area offers a wide selection of delicious foods but can get crowded. Being directly across from the main train station is a major plus, however, the dining experience can be chaotic at times.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit cramped for two people, in the modern building. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially after a fun night out. The location was perfect, right across from the airport express train and close to Central Station and many attractions. The dining experience, while chaotic and crowded, was still nice with a gluten-free section. Overall, great value for the money.
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city, especially with its proximity to Arlanda Express. The rooms were compact but well-designed, although they might feel very small, especially with large suitcases. The service was exceptional, with staff accommodating special requests and being very helpful. The dining options were varied, including choices for special dietary needs. However, the facilities were a bit lacking in terms of functionality, with some room amenities not working properly.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel where the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with excellent beds and pillows, however, they were quite small. The balcony added a nice touch to the rooms. The service, although not overly friendly or accommodating, was reasonable, and I observed the staff to be very typically Swedish. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was the highlight of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious food choices. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel rooms, though within European standards, stand out for their classy, vintage appeal and unique decorations. The location couldn't be better, but the rooms are a little small for two people.
The hotel is absolutely magnificent, a real place to stay. The rooms were big enough for three people and had everything we needed, including an umbrella and bathrobe, as well as a microwave, small refrigerator, iron, and ironing desk. The only downside is that there are only portable fans available.
The hotel had a convenient location near transportation options and tourist attractions. The rooms were of a nice size but noisy due to proximity to a busy road. The service was friendly and cooperative, though the room got uncomfortably hot at times. The dining options were of good quality with a selection of hot and cold food. The location was excellent for getting around Stockholm, but there were some minor issues. Facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel had quiet, quite spacious, and exceptionally comfortable rooms, offering a clean and comfy stay. The service was very nice and friendly, with helpful staff. The location was amazing, easy to walk to everywhere. The dining experience provided good choices and a nice atmosphere. However, the hotel was being renovated, affecting some usual facilities.
The hotel rooms were a bit small but well-appointed with very comfortable beds. The service was very helpful and accommodating, taking care of all our needs. The location was superb, making it easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The dining experience was good with lots of options to cater to international guests. Overall, a great stay with some minor room size inconvenience.
